Whoops
I kinda fell off last night. I basically gave myself a break and let myself feel comfort in food. I dont even know what all I had so I cant go back and track it. Its one day and I know I didnt gain this much overnight. Back on track.
I felt so cruddy last night that I ended up crawling in bed for awhile instead of going to the gym. I did get in a walk with the kid and dogs though. First time in WEEKS that I felt like it was safe enough for the dogs to be out walking. I have to decide if Im going to the gym tonight or if Im going to do something virtually.

I might be down today, but I dont know how. The past few days Ive been snacking more than my macros allow and TOM showed up full force today. I did go to Combat last night though so maybe that helped.
I had my day planned out up to dinner, then I went into the living room and my kid had finished off the turkey. So now I need a new plan haha.
Debating on if Im going to go to the gym in person for Hiit class, or do it virtually.

Up then down then up then down... Today is up. At least my line is heading down. Today is also measurements day and I actually broke my tape measure. Who does that?? I thought I had another one so Ill have to do some looking, otherwise Ill have to order the same one or use a different one and have my measurements be off. So dumb.
I had a lazy morning. I bought a frozen breakfast pizza from HyVee yesterday so I was looking forward to it but by the time I drug myself out of bed (lounging on my phone) and then broke my tape measure, I was starving and didnt want to wait a whole 30 minutes to eat (what a world we live in). So back to my usual, 2 hb eggs and an orange. Im trying a new whey protein isolate powder today and Im hoping I love it or at very least can stand it haha. Its cheaper than the other stuff Ive been using on days where I dont want a protein shake.
I may have had a lazy morning but Ive been moving since. I vacuumed well yesterday so I could shampoo a few spots in the hallway today. My shampooer isnt big so it takes forever. Ive done the whole living room with it but that was craziness. Next is general cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, dishes...sigh. Im also going to the gym for a cardio video. Its not like an actual gym class, we're just getting together and doing a Les Mills video. Something tells me that Ill be ready for bed tonight!

I honestly have no idea how I got a drop today. Originally I had my day all planned out macro wise and then my daughters grandma called and asked us to dinner. We lost her husband, my daughters grandpa, in November due to Covid and we havent seen her much. We had a nice visit and then I had a "date night" with my kid last night and we watched WandaVision and then To All the Boys 3 and I snacked on junk the whole time. Im not even sure if I logged it all.
