Dat gaat goed! Ik houd me aan 3×500= 1500 kcal per dag. Ik eet pas zo rond 10.30-14.30-18.30 uur. En ik zorg voor gezonde voedingsmiddelen. s Morgens een heerlijke smoothy met veel groenten, avocado, blauwe bessen enz, Lunch met verse soep, gebakken eitje, komkommer hummus, diner meestal salade aangekleed met vis of kaas. Maar weinig vlees en geen brood. Fijn ritme zo! Goede houvast. Duidelijk plan. Goede resultaten. Geen honger.
