The most annoying thing about logging in what you’re eating is when what you’re eating is complicated😭😭🥴. So let’s eyeball it, how many calories do you think this is... I’m guessing 600?🤔

Starting any journey is hard, especially if you’re under pressure to do it because everyone around you is making you feel pressured to start a journey in order for them to see you as someone worthy in their eyes🥴. Fat is weird, makes people treat you weird even your loved ones👀. But please, do this for you. Don’t do it as revenge, don’t do it to prove a point or anything like that. Do it because you love yourself, because you want better for yourself, you want to be active so you can enjoy life more without losing your breath! Then the revenge and point proving can come into the mix because sometimes points NEED to be proven🌚. BUT THE MAIN FOCUS AND DRIVING FORCE BEHIND YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY MUST BE YOU, not other people. Always review your ‘why’ so you don’t lose yourself and your peace in the process❤️
