The inventor of week-ends wasn't trying to lose weight, I guess. Anyway, I'm glad week-ends were invented :D

I don't follow a published diet but I try to limit the calories intake and eat better food. It suddenly seemed wrong to say I follow a diet with a name, so I'm switching back to "pm62eg's own diet".

Water retention is a great excuse for gaining half a pound :-) The cod, at lunch, was *VERY* good.
My legs are much better, pain-wise, than yesterday and the day before. Either I didn't push hard enough, or the weight machine is ok, or the stretching is effective, or a mixture of all three. Tomorrow I'll go on the bicycle and compare.

I have been feeling pain in the front part of my thighs. Apparently I didn't stretch enough ... I feel better now, after the gym monitor helped me stretch correctly.

The more I drink the easier it becomes :)
Just noticed I'm about half an hour ahead of the usual time to start the 3rd 500 ml (approx 17 fl oz) bottle of water.
A month ago I went all morning with just an expresso!
