The holidays hit hard. I dont have this food thing down like I thought. I need to monitor and check my eating constantly. I am back baby and with a vengeance. I am even thinking of joining weight watchers. I got so much strength when I thought I had control over my eating but I feel like I will never really have control and I need to monitor what I eat constantly if I want to be a healthier stronger person.

Hey all. Things are going well. Super busy at work but have my meals down and workout routine set. These past two weeks things got a little messy because I was kick starting a new unit and just had a lot of work to do. I stay after school thursdays and fridays for 3 hours each for tutoring. The set of students that come I started to notice just waste too much time and I need to either change tutoring to 1-1 sign ups or cancel it altogether. 3 hours is such a time suck and I end up going home with work and not hitting the gym.
For food I found a plan that works for me. Intermittent fasting. I have eating windows that are 4,6 or 8 hours long and then I fast for the rest of the day. During the week my eating window is 2 to 6 and on the weekends it is 2 to 10. I usually end up eating two meals during the week and three on the weekends. I am not a small meal person. I cant eat 6 times a day small little meals and feel satisified. I started doing it in August but have been finding eating windows that work for me in late October, early november.
For the gym its been lifting 4 times a week, running 2x a week, and elliptical 2x a week after lifting.

CMC was amazing. I really feel accomplished. I am going to sign up for something similar for the spring time. Here are some pics.

finish line picture. This was taken by my bf who was waiting for me at the finish line.
The obstacles which made this event really interesting. I had to go over cars, slide through the mud, crawl up hills through tubes, carry endless amount of stuff, and so much more. On top of all that I had to run 5 miles.
Me at the end. We got a shirt and CMC tag. CMC stands for civilian military combined. It was a great event and I highly recommend it.

CMC tomorrow!!!!! Cant wait. If I enjoy it I might sign up for these kind of events more often.
Things are going well. Work is awesome. Loving my job this year.
I switched from equinox to a much MUCH cheaper gym. Not as good but I go twice a day. Mornings I usually do weights and evenings I do cardio (elliptical most days and running 1-2 days).
Eating the same thing every day:
Breakfast: Avacado, cottage cheese. Egg whites, cheese, onions, mushrooms. Toasted Bagel with cream cheese. coffee.
Lunch: Greek salad with non-fat feta, a small bag of nuts, small bag of fruit.
I dont eat dinner anymore because for the past two months I tried this eating lifestyle called intermittent fasting. I eat during an 8 hour window and fast for 16 hours(which includes sleep). I really works for me.
