Hari ini jogging, cuaca udah agak panas sih gara2 kesiangan. N lupa sarapan. Siang sampe sore aktivitas tinggi, ya walaupun masih naik motor. Dan malem gini ngerasa capek di kaki. Dan baru sadar yg masuk hari ini gak sampe 1000 kkal... :(

Pagi2 udah ngisi perut sebelum sarapan shake, gara2 pagi buta diare sampe 2x ke toilet, sekedar isi perut sih soalnya minum obat diare juga. kadar lemaknya 1 bungkus kira2 berapa ya, ini gak ada informasi nilai gizi nya sayangnya... Jadi sedikit khawatir:(
