Temen2, mau nanya dongg, waktu yg bagus buat workout kapan sih? kalo WO malem2 abis makan malem boleh ga ya? karna kalo siang takut sia2 gt karna malemnya kan aku makan lagii. Jadi aku WO jam 8 malem sejam setelah makan malem. Makasiii
