setiap hari makan selalu 500 kkal pokonya dibwh standar banget tapi rasanya udah kenyang banget gitu.. emm kira kira bahaya ga sih guys?? FYI aku ga lemes yaa ttp sehat krn aku makan protein tinggi trs (ayam,telur,ikan,kerang)
