Here is my
phase 2, day 26
(FS day 35, Sunday, 10th June):
09:00 am - mixed probio cereals, low-fat milk
01:30 pm - grilled panga fish, grilled zucchini
04:30 pm - kiwi/bananna/cinnamon fruit salad
07:15 pm - low-fat yoghurt
And 45 minutes of bicycle workout. One day left!

Here is my
phase 2, day 25
(FS day 34, Saturday, 9th June):
08:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:00 pm - mixed salad with tuna and italian dressing
04:00 pm - low-fat yoghurt
07:00 pm - one green apple, low-fat milk/frozen strawberries smoothie
Feeling kind of down today... I hope the weigh-in on monday will give me some more motivation.

(FS day 33, Friday, 8th June):
08:30 am - one green apple
11:30 pm - oatmeal with low-fat milk
03:45 pm - mexican/chili beans leftovers, one bananna
07:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt
Only a couple more days till another weigh-in.

Here is my
phase 2, day 23
(FS day 32, Thursday, 7th June):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - one apple, puffed brown rice cake, low-fat yoghurt
05:00 pm - mexican/chili beans with dry brown rice
07:30 pm - a couple of tortilla chips
Unfortunately, no time for any serious workout today.
Sice I do my weigh-ins every Monday, I find it the toughest to stay on the track on Thursdays and Fridays. On other days I'm still motivated by the weigh-in results or excited about the upcoming weigh-in to see the results. I don't cheat on Thursdays and Fridays, but I find it more difficult to resist, then on those other days.
Anyone else has similar experience?
P.S.: One month since followng this diet, today!

(FS day 31, Wednesday, 6th June):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - mixed salad with grilled turkey strips
04:00 pm - low-fat yoghurt
06:30 pm - small melon
Again 45min of bicycle workout. Feeling good about it ;)
