Dulu latihan beban pakai panduan ebook "5-Factor Fitness - The Diet and Fitness Secret of Hollywood's A-List" tapi gak ada pengaruhnya utk berat badan. Ternyata menjaga asupan kalori yang masuk dan keluar sangat penting agar efeknya terlihat.
Dengan modal 2 Dumbbell dan 1 bangku, ditambah sekarang pemanasan pakai skipping/ jump rope, cardio jadi gak membosankan dan lebih banyak keringat.

tadi subuh, habis mandi nimbang beratnya 77,5 kg.
sore ini habis makan, nimbang lagi 77,7 kg.
tulis yang paling berat aja deh.
