Yesterday was another failure. This week was stressful and I had 3 failures on total calories and diet. I managed to lose a total of 0.3 pounds still but I am struggling to focus for sure. This rainy/gloomy weather is very difficult for me to find energy. Between that and being off of energy drinks for 3 days, I feel very sluggish.

I'm off energy drinks as of today. They have been my worst dietary intake by far. I'm trying coffee with 2Tbl creamer and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. It isn't Starbucks, that's for sure. It is palatable and only 75 cals. I might need 2 a day for the first week to avoid caffeine withdrawal.

My wife and I both joined this week to try this app out and leave MFP. I don't see a way to find her to add her. Am I missing something? Is there no way to search for someone on here?

It was nice destroying my step goal every day but I guess I should adjust it. I'll go for 10,000 daily and see what happens this month.
