Es sollte möglich sein hier in der App die Körperzusammensetzung zu erfassen, also fettfreie Muskelmasse, Körperfettanteil und Viszeralfett, wenn man schon vom Gewicht tracken spricht.
Jedem der abnehmen möchte empfehle ich eine Körperanalysewaage um ermitteln zu können, was die verlorenen Kg sind. Muskeln oder Fett?
