Fell off the wagon today at a bridal shower for a co-worker. Not horrible but enough to be mad at myself.
BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks dipped in natural peanut butter & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.
LUNCH = Turkey burger with cheese & fried onions (no bun) Green beans with some shredded parmesan.
SNACK = Approx inch thick slice of chocolate cake with icing.
DINNER = Pesto chicken breast with green beans
DESSERT = 1 s/f fudgecicle.

BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks with light veggie cream cheese. 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.
LUNCH = 12 oz of Mexican Chicken Soup (no noodles or rice in it so hopefully o.k.) 1 small ceasar salad with shredded parmesan & 2T slivered almonds.
SNACK = 20 almonds & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.
DINNER = shredded chicken black bean chili with 3oz of sharp cheddar.
DESSERT = 2 fudgecicles

Did good today & I'm feeling good too!!
BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks dipped in natural peanut butter & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.
LUNCH = Cesear salad with grilled chicken, a bit of shredded cheddar, 2T of slivered almonds.
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup & 2oz of reduced fat sharp cheddar
DINNER = 1 hamburger w/o bun & refried black beans with 2T shredded cheddar & 1T FF sour cream
DESSERT = 2 S/F fudgecicles

Back on track for 1 day & down 1lb & 1/2!! I usually don't weigh myself everyday but we're going out for lunch with friends today & I need the motivation to order properly.
BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks- 1 stuffed with light cream cheese & 1 stuffed with natural peanut butter. 1 cup of coffee with s/f creamer
SNACK = 2 oz of sharp cheddar cheese & 1 cup of coffee with s/f creamer
LUNCH = BAD NEWS- Salad with raw broccoli & grilled chicken breast & bleu cheese dressing. 1 slice of pizza because I lack willpower!!! 1 small sugar cookie because again I lack will power. I would have eaten a lot more cookies & pizza if it weren't for the diet so at least I have that going for me!!
DINNER = 2 medium portabello mushrooms stuffed with cheese & imitation bacon bits. Salad with raw broccoli, grilled chicken breast, shredded cheddar, & 2T of Ranch dressing.

Well back to Phase 1 for me for a couple of weeks. I cannot believe how much I've gained back....well I can actually. For 2 months straight we practically ate every meal out. I'm excited to get back on track & to hopefully get re-connected with some of my friends on here for support!!
BREAKFAST = 3 slices of lean smoked ham & approx 4oz of sharp cheddar cheese. 1 cup of coffee with s/f creamer.
SNACK = 20 almonds & 1 cup of coffee with s/f creamer
LUNCH = 2 cheese hot dogs (no buns) I went food shopping after lunch today to purchase myself some healthier options like veggies & low fat dairy.
EXERCISE = 25 minute hike through the woods with my boys & 15 minutes of trying out exercise equipment at the store- eliptical trainers, treadmill, & recumbant stationary bike- the bike won out. I'm going to buy it this week!!
DINNER = 1 small piece of Pesto Chicken (half of a half of breast) 2 medium sized Portabello mushrooms stuffed with cheese & imitation bacon bits. 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli
DESSERT = 1 s/f fudgecicle
