I gained this week, but TOM is here....Still trying to figure out what I am missing in my diet. I am maintaining, but not losing. This is frustrating.

I signed my son and myself up for a mile run to raise money for the children's hospital that I volunteer for! I am so excited! I hope I can actually run a full mile by then! Wish us luck!

I completed Week 3 of the C25K yesterday! I am still fighting eith the scale and the measuring tape isn't changing either...but TOM is 3 days late (it is always wierd, last month it was 2 weeks early). I begin my vegetarian diet today...10 days of no meat.....here we go!

I am actually beginning to feel jealous of everyone losing weight! I have 138 for a month! I work out 6 days a week, count every calorie that enters my body and nothing!!!! UGH! So what do I do? Should I go to the doctor and see if I have a gland issue or just chalk it up to crap luck? I don't know...
