Im 561 calories in for today that includes breakfast & lunch, no snacks, idk but to me 561 calories is a lot. I had “ healthy” foods like grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, whole grain bread, peanut butter, and banana and everything is measured you guys. I am loosing weight I’m not complaining on that it’s just to me 561 calories is a lot just for these “healthy” foods. I know there’s a better way for me to get less calories to be able to eat more. I’m new on dieting you guys, I’m reading labels more, looking at how many carbs are in foods, cholesterol all that...I’m learning slowly!——I’m thinking 💭 picking out a diet like plant based diet...idk we shall see...
