Its about darn time the #'s on the scale went down!! I have been at a stand off with the scale for the last month and I FINALLY WON!! 2.2 LBS this week, and the only thing that I did diffrent was not work ouot as much. When I was working out 9+ hrs a week nothing now that I have cut back to around 6 hrs things are moving!! I just hope the #'s keep going down for a little while before I get stuck again!!

I think I hate my new plan! I went up .6 again! I cant seem to go anywhere.....For the last three weeks I have just been stuck in pretty much the same place. They told me to stick with it this week and if I dant have a drop next week they will fix my plan up for me......I sure hope something starts to happen for me....and soon! I really felt like I lost weight this week....not so much!

ok, so last week i did everythin I was supposed to do and gained weight....this week they gave me more food to eat and I was in a wedding Friday night and I drank and ate more then I should have....and I lost .8 lbs.....I dont get it, but I will take it!
