determined to make it the rest of the week eating fruits and veggies...gotta sexy little black dress to fit into. it looks SOO good and i need to look good in it cause it is so me. it's my personality and everything. plus, i have this hot stilettos that go with it and i can't be walking and standing with all this weight. LOL let's get it people, let's get it!

can't believe i just measured out 2oz of whole grain spaghetti. i am so used to just using half a box for myself! but this measuring and counting is keeping my calories in check for sure.

Down 3 lbs! That's 7.5lbs in 2 weeks! I'll take it! Mother nature takes its course this week but I won't let that stop me! Let's GO!

so i am in To Kill A Mockingbird and with rehearsals come late nights and with performances comes late night cast parties. Last night we got out of rehearsal at 10p and i was SOO CRAVING gas station hot dogs. like i don't know what it is about speedway hotdogs but they are so freakin' good with onion and mustard. i REALLY wanted one and since i had to get gas...but instead of going inside i just paid at the pump and drove away. i was proud of myself but i still wanted those hot dogs. i made it through last night and now i have to make it through the end of october. and today i get to have lunch with one of my besties at a coney island...and guess what? they serve hot dogs WITH chili n onion!!! LOL i mean, really i can't get away from them. thankfully they also serve some awesome chicken salad so that is what i am going to stick to that. stickin' to the plan!
