Having a great day, eating right, tracking food and my exercise WISH. Feeling good about what I've selected for food for the day. Need to remember to shop for only what the diet requires and no more junk food.
Weigh in at Weight Watchers tonight. Hoping for good news.

Ok, didnt gain, didnt loose. That's not good. I wanted to loose, however I didnt work out much this week. One good work out this week, and I've been putting it off so I can learn as much as possible about this website. WONT use this excuse again!

I had a good day...didnt want to be at work! Was looking forward to the class about nutrition. As well as my 6 week weigh in with my trainer....I lost 2 inches in the bust, 1 inch in the waist, 1 inch in the hips. Aaron was impressed with my fitness test, fatsecret, and my food & exercise routine that I've put together.
Praying to loose something/anything at weight watchers tomorrow night.

Today was very stressful, 3 girls called out today, and I've been on the phone all day. Eat way too fast, in between phone calls, I didnt get to workout, because I left my sneaks in my truck...and I have Doug's truck. Way tooooo cold to walk outside. Hoping to workout tonight on the wii fit plus.

Today I slept in late, needed the rest. Was up very late last night. Excited about my challenges and this new website. I will log all foods online. I will also leave my laptop on the kitchen counter to remind me.
Need to really workout hard today. Missed working out all week. This is a new beginning for me, and I'm giving it my all!
I'm hoping my friends that I invited find this helpful, and we all do well.
