Pertama kalinya naro banyak effort untuk masak makanan selama seminggu diet. Btw itu mashed potatoes-nya enak banget! Aku rebus sama kulitnya, terus di mashed + tambah sedikit sedikit air rebusannya biar creamy tanpa perlu pake susu/mentega. Terus chop garlic dan digoreng di satu sendok minyak zaitun sampai kecoklatan, campurin, tambahin parsley dan garam, terus aduk, jadi deh. Emang ribet tapi enak banget! huhu. Lunch total 367kal
