ok, i'm back. went on vacation july 13th and just basically fell off the tracking wagon. Didn't fall too far off the eating wagon and ready to get back in the game full force.

OMG, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Wendy's summer salad. The Berry Almond Chicken Salad is AMAZING!!!!!! I can't get enough.

rough weekend with calories but stayed active. i'm still feeling very motivated and am good with a little alcohol and less healthy food (baby back ribs) on the weekends. This is a long term journey for me and i'm encouraged by my new standard of living. Not calling it a diet because it is my lifestyle now!! healthy eating, plenty of water, excercise and stay active, meditate, yoga, read, spiritual, etc. loving life and living love.

Good week. Probably a great week in hindsite. Doing really well with tracking food and need to get more activity in. However, yesterday I had a chance to jump rope with some young girls and it was SO FUN. I kept thinking how great it was and how I remembered doing that with my friends when I was little. It was fabulous.
