did takeoff for a day and half then succumbed to smoked sausage and pepper and onions. i also had a small thing of yogurt. Hopefully not too bad on the scale in the morning!!

Was pleasantly suprised when I stepped on the scale. I am beginning to feel better about myself and was able to get into a pair of dress slacks this morning that I haven't been able to wear in awhile!!! Did fairly OK at a church dinner this afternoon although I did cheat a bit but not as bad as I could have!!!!!!!!

Overall this weekend went well and I stuck to the plan except for a church dinner in which I didn't do so good resisting my favorite cake. But I came home and got back on plan and I still lost a little over the weekend.

I am getting a little sick of eating prepackaged food though and I haven't even been eating it a week so not sure if this will be a good long term solution but I am hoping to let it jumpstart my weightloss and then slowly begin eating meals on my own.
