Awesome day. I had a body assessment done (to see if the scales are being a little deceptive), and sure enough, my results show up a lot better in a body fat percentage reading. I'm better off now, 5 months after having had a baby, than I was the last time I had an assessment done, which was 15 months after having my first son. First time: 169 lbs., 22% body fat, 134 lbs. lean muscle. This time: 174 lbs, 21% body fat, 137 lbs. lean muscle. WOO HOO!! Made my day. If anyone else is struggling with stagnant scales and you feel like you're doing everything humanly possible to make progress, have a body assessment done. You may be doing much better than you think.
