Day 3 : 3 miles run = 30 min fasting cardio. Now trying again to fit the macros. It can only get better!

Ohh well... day 1 here. I didn’t fit the macros properly and busted the prescribed calories intake. Tomorrow is another day to do better! Time to get some sleep!

Day 1 of journaling and entering data here! Let’s start that beautiful journey! Just came back from a 20 minutes run with the dog I’m taking care of here in the DR! Life is good!!
Now time to go do some groceries to eat according to my goals!
