Easter Candy got to me at little... and a lady at work who keeps baking cakes and bringing them in to share! lol

I'm going to attempt to donate blood today (I have one of those rare types they beg for). I say attempt because my iron is often too low. But I have been feeling great and taking my iron supplements regulary... so we will see if my healthier FS eating has helped improve my iron levels too! BUT I am trying to eat and drink more today to make sure I don't feel faint after I give. So I think I'll dread seeing what my food diary might look like tonight! lol

The scales read 122 this morning! But I'm weird and won't count a weight loss unless I get the same number three days in a row. So we'll see what my scale says the next two days.
I hope it's real. I've been struggling through a plateau for a while now with just one pound lost in over a month. But I still feel great... and I've not tried going back to phase 1 yet and I haven't tried working out twice a day. If I stay on the plateau I might do both.
