First time ever relatively healthy snack at work. Snacks are free but usually they contain a lot of sugar so I never ate them before. This snack was really nice and right on time.

I had no time to write here and count calories. I'm not counting for a month already. But I do a lot of hard manual work in the department store, standing all day or walking from aisle to aisle 15 000 steps a day. So I didn't gain. But in spite all that mentioned above we have a lot of obese people working here. They mostly eat chips, frozen food and high sugar sweet stuff during breaks. I know may be 3 or 4 people who eat healthy food.

I made those chocolate bars yesterday. Only coconut oil, almond butter and unsweetened cacao powder. It's surprisingly decadent and delicious and it's really chocolate. It feels sweet for me without any sweeteners.
