halo, mau tanya dong. hari ini aku cardio 20 menit & jalan 15 menit = 342 kalori yg terbuang. sedangkan BMR aku 1275 kal. menurut kalian olahraga aku masih kurang bgt ya? dan kalian sehari bisa berapa kalori yg terbuang. mohon sarannya. makasih
