I'm restarting my diet with Atkins and trying again. I dropped o.6 lbs between last Sunday and Thursday and then I gained 3.5 lbs between Thursday and Saturday. i don't know why or what I did to cause that and I don't know enough about the program to keep going so I'm starting over. Now that I'm sitting at 240 freaking pounds, I have a LOT of work to do! With all of the pain, I'm not sure how I'm going to do that.

I royally goofed up today! First we got up late at my house and then my son had therapy (I had to go with him) so I almost missed breakfast. I rushed home and made a quick breakfast for the rest of the family after taking my daughter to school, then my son had psychological testing at 1 (again I had to go with him)so we left the house at 12 and took my mom to work and then took my son to his testing. Got back to the house at 5:30 (making me miss lunch) so that I could make a quick dinner. Still with all that running around and everything that I ate at breakfast and dinner, I was only sitting at like 3.2 net carbs for the entire day. Unacceptable! At that rate my bod will think it's being starved for sure! So I grabbed a glass of whole milk to make up for the carbs I was lacking (not an acceptable food item on the Atkins diet lol) and therefor I blew my diet. OOPS!! But I made my carbs. I just don't know what to do the next time I run into this, because I'm going to run into it again next week. Maybe next time I'll just take a twenty with me or pack a lunch or something.

Alright!!! How do you walk around and "workout" when your house is the size of a matchbox and it's 18 degrees outside and no one wants to go with you???? I guess I could get nutzy and go alone, I'm good at being crazy lol
I did like 18 seconds worth of planks today and then I fell. No really, I couldn't do them any longer. It makes me kinda giggle at how truly weak I've become. I need my baby sister to come take me to the gym at her work. I'm starting to find energy that I didn't know I had.
At the beginning of this year I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and that has put quite a damper on the workouts. Not to mention that being almost 250 lbs doesn't help any. I'd love for morning to come and me to be the size I was before I got pregnant with that precious little girl in the pic (who is now four years old!!) She's a separate story alone lol. I use to be 136 lbs before I got pregnant then came all those pills that put the weight on and I just haven't been able to get it to come off.
SO.... long story short.....
If anyone knows of any workouts I can do at home until I can hit the gym, I'd be grateful!
Thanks!!

I'm so frustrated with the way things are looking. I did the math and I have less than a hundred dollars to get me through the month and a million things to get to jump start this life style change.
I keep careful track of my carb intake and for some reason, I keep going over my daily allotted carbs. I'm allowed 18-22 carbs a day and already today I'm sitting at 15.9! I'm not even to dinner yet!!! But at least I figured out where I'm going wrong! And I just found out that I'm not allowed to have milk unless it's soy milk and I just can't afford that! Great!

I'm starting a new life! Hopefully this one is healthier than the one that my grandmother forced on me when I was little that has, subsequently, followed me through my adulthood. Maybe now I'll be able to lose the weight and keep it off for good! I couldn't figure out how to put it under the Atkins diet so for now it's under "Precious97's own diet". Eh, whatev works lol!
