Sleeping day, 18 hr. Had a six hour shopping/banking day on Thue. so ended up very tired. Consequently, didn't get a lot accomplished today.

Daily medical check:
Weight 177.2 BS 212, (after chix and noodle dinner) Took 50u T, BP 126/69 p. 70, O2 93, p70, sleep 8 hr.

As I said, meals for today were dinner: homemade, husband cooked, chicken noodles (no potatoes or BS would be a lot worse) I had a very sore throat so it was well worth it. I do plan to eat a little more before I go to bed, probably a turkey thin slice meat and baby Swiss cheese on 2 slices of ww bread and a little mayo.
I have gotten 40 oz water so far so hoping to make my 60. Two pieces of 72% dark chocolate will finish up my day. Not all is on my plan but best I can do for the day.

No bike yet this week, yesterday was 2,869 steps, Mon. 2065 ... my goal is 2000 so that was great. Hoping to get 5 min on the bike, light weights (arm) and wall push-ups, ball sit ups and leg raises and some stretches on Thur.

Tomorrow is my appointment to remove sutures from my arm surgery. I also get a special treat of a monthly massage (my first in several years).

Week has not been all on plan but no appointments next week.

My first day. So glad to have a team again!

This has been a slow day. Planned to go grocery shopping but it was snowing when I got up.

Weight 179.2 FBS 106 B/P 137/76 p68 O2 94% sleep 10 hr.

For Daily Dozen, I got 3 servings of beans, one cruciferous veg and greens, a bunch of spices: tumeric, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, nutritional yeast, onions and garlic for more veggies.
All of it counted for Mediterranean as well.

Not a lot to eat today and not all good. Muffins (2) and chili with kale, and of course, my dark chocolate treat. Very Happy

Rest day, so no exercise to post.
Lots of sleep last night ... 10 hr.

It has been a week since my carpel tunnel and ulnar surgery. Still healing, so no weights yet. Got my cardiac release on Dec. 29th, so I am hoping to get back to working my program soon.

Tomorrow is another day and I will work harder. Rolling Eyes

Plans for Tues:
Back to my eating program and a few min on the recumbent and probably some walking. Got my Fitbit back on now so my steps will count.
