aq lagi belajar sekaligus maksa makan bersih nih. walaupun masih suka kelebihan kalori. gk akan bikin bosen gk akan bikin mood rusak koq. biasanya yg suka bosen gk bisa tahan sma makanan kotor itu orang yg metabolisme nya turun sma insulin lagi naik tuhhh...

gara2 makan rendang jadi susah defisit sma seimbangin gizi. selalu belajar dan semangat. klo gagal diet jgn putus asa karna belum tau ilmu yg pasti. Btw, aq lagi nyoba IF aq sarapan jam 10 pagi. aq gk bisa ngurangin makan manis. jadi aq makan banyak buah

Diet hancur😭😠. udah masuk minggu ke 3. gk tau ini kenapa? bawaanya mulut selalu penasaran sma makanan. kalori untuk weight loss itu 1200 kalori tpi suka ngonsumsi lebih dari 2000 kalori😤💪
