95!!! New goal is 120, I'll do it for sure.

Had an interview with LAWL's Corporate Public Relations department. They're going to post a story about me on their blog. They said 1 to 2 weeks. Check it out at www.mylaweightlossdiary.com

So I'm up. Not a big deal because I dropped a ton last week and I know it was a false reading (went in early a.m., normally go in after work).
Still down 91 total and still losing without a journal. I've decided to change my goal to lose 120 by 11/1/08.

Down a little bit. Wasn't expecting much. I'm trying to continue to lose without using a diary. I figure I won't carry one for the rest of my life and I've got to learn to not rely on it.

Down .6, but more importantly, that's 90 total!!!
My biggest challenge lately has been to not get a big head. Remember what got you here Zolad!!!
