Hai, mau tanya dong, aku makn karbo tuh sehari’nya banyak tapi dari ubi, jgung, buah’an sampe yang 150g lah paling tinggi ngga yang karbo dari makanan instan dan tepung si tpi ada yang diet defisit karbonya. Binggung jg ngaruh ngga si apa gimana ya, saran dong?🥲😩.

Bingung banget, gimana cara diet tpi bisa jg ngilangin jerawat krna kebanyakakn sumber protein yang aku makn dri seefood,telur aku jg makan roti gandum ngaruh ngga si?. Spil cara ngekontrolnya dong tpi aku jg perlu protein yg mudah didapat🥺😩
