It's my second day with no drink. Actually in a good mood today. Yesterday sucked. I wanted yesterday to be my last day of drinking but then I thought how many times I've said that. So I didn't buy the bottle of vodka I'd get almost every day. I can only hope tomorrow will be easier. One day at a time.

I hope I can really focus and lose the weight I've gained mostly from drinking. Need all advice and support. I'm soo unhappy with myself. So I've quit drinking for good and am going to take this one dah at a time. Hope to see a change soon. 😊
