setiap harinya pasti buah mangga untuk makan siangnya kalo sarapan paginya susu malemnya yg di kukus kaya telor tahu tempe , dari 61,5kg skrg udah 57kg tp skrg blum trun lagi nih 2mggu ini, ada yg bisa kasih masukan biar gak stuck di situ bbnya?
