Ugh. I’ve been sick over the past few days & finally went to the Dr. today. “Reactivated mono” is the verdict. Somehow I still managed hot yoga this morning, which is really critical in managing some other health problems I have (HTN & Ménière’s disease). While I’m super proud of that, I’ve only been wanting to eat danger foods-ice cream, French fries, etc. It’s amazing how I try to rationalize “I must be craving these foods for some nutritional reason, since I’m sick” LOLOLOL Stop it! Stop it! 🤣 I’m gonna drink water & load up on veggies & oranges-my counterattack.

I’ve definitely gone outside my target 🎯 calorie range, but I’ve killed it at the gym a few days. Progress 😀

Anyone out there interested in starting the Beck Diet Solution with me? I am interested in starting/joining a group. For those of you who aren't familiar, it's a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to dieting. Its not a diet plan, you choose your own and work the Beck Solution along with it. There is a book out there, but I also have a PDF that I can email to anyone interested. I have tried it multiple times, but I need some accountability partners.

Blueberry cake doughnuts in the break room & drug reps catered lunch today, BUT I kept it together & ate like a normal, healthy, not good obsessed person would. FTW!!! 💪🏼 Flexin my will power muscle. 😎

Woah. So ya really put it all out there on FS-weight & everything. Maybe this is the accountability I need. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Weight Watchers for years & I found FS through the Yale Wellness & Tech study. I’m currently starting the Beck Diet Solution in conjunction with a low calorie diet. 3 meals a day, no snacking-danger area for me. I’m really working more on addressing my relationship with food than a specific diet. I tend to go to extremes. As part of Beck DS, I have to have a Plan B diet, which will be keto if this is unsuccessful. It’s really important to me to stay within a food budget & to cook one meal at dinner to feed my big guy & little guys. I’m liking this FS place. Pretty cool.
