I am trying to have a new way to think about food. I know that I am a foodaholic. I love Food! It is my addiction. So from that stand point I would like to not focus so much on what I did eat but emphasis on what I didnt eat!! I did not eat that ice cream sandwich last night at midnight. I did not give into my craving for bread after i decided not to have the ice cream. I went to bed and by morning I was over it. My cravings for food are not because I am hungry, it is because I love to eat and food gives me comfort. I get really interested in all these christmas movies and want to sit down with my best friend(popcorn) and enjoy.
I need to start changing my daily habits, ones that wont allow me to search aimlessly in the fridge.
but for now small steps....congratulations Renee yesterday you resisted temptation.
