Начинаю худеть с помощью дневника.
Искренне надеюсь, что так будет более веселее и комфортнее.
Расписала меню на первые две недели, сегодня пойду за продуктами.
На завтрак сегодня творог 5%, ст.л сметаны, сушеная клюква и тост с фетой, помидором и авокадо.
