I am so frustrated with my weight. When I was home I stuck to 600 calories a day and now I am visiting my sister in California and I just see the scale go up and up. It is so difficult as she is such a good cook and wants to make me all the things I love. I feel bad when I have to say not now. Yesterday she was craving a Domino's sandwich so I caved in. I only ate half but still gained half a pound. I have shown gain every day now. AARRRRGH. Must find a happy medium here. I should mention we are both over 70 years old and still kicking. We are very close and I do not want to hurt her feelings by telling her no. She think sugar free means no calories. I know better.
Oh well today is a new day. I am not giving up.

Good Monday Morning. Did well yesterday but no show in weight loss. I will not let that deter me from my goal. Right now I am taking baby steps toward my goal. I do not see why we cannot see a pound a day. It seems we can gain a pound a day without breaking a sweat. LOL

Well I blew it last night. I ate sugar free candy, cake, donut and then dinner roast beef sandwich. I can see it already in a HUGE weight gain. Oh well I do not need to wallow in it. I am now eating my cottage cheese delight for lunch. Today is a new day.
