13 hrs did not do another bedtime last night.
BF 2 BF coffee and 1 TBSP PB /L-Glutamine
3.50 PM BG 5.3 (93), BK 1.1
Had 2 oz turkey breast t approx 10 AM, 1 slice bacon around 1 PM. was feeling peckish around 2 pM so had abut 1/4 tsp or less sugar in my lemon water.
Actually a bit surprised BG is not a bit lower. 4 PM BF coffee
Going to try very hard to have all my eating done at one time before 6 PM and if anything just a mall PB snack later if needed,
I "almost" had a heartbrun again and did wake up aroind 2.30 o I think my evening fat intake is a bit too high or my daily fat is too high.
5.15-5.45 supper as noted Dinner in Food Diary.
Feel as though I will want something later. I do seem to get a sweet craving after meals. will try some L-Glutamine.
7.10 PM did not have the L-Glut but did have about 15 almonds finished around 6 pm.
45-60 min PP 5.4
around 8 PM 1 TBSP PButter with L-Glut.

last 9 HRS fast (PB at 9PM )awoke around 4.30 and not really back to sleep fully. too much fat at dinner again?
BF at work at 10.45 2 eggs 4 bacon, and 2 more bacon later, a few plain almonds around 4 pm.
BG 5.4 @ 4 PM about 4 hours from lunch
when I got home from work. went to grocer and took a cab home. had a few almonds 1 oz or so.

was it the yogurt/raspberrries or the other day the added ketones in CO coffee?? that raised the level,

3 oz steak, 1 cup mixed leeks/broccoli, 2 oz fried mushrooms, about 2 TBSP fat. @ 5 ish PM then 2 oz swiss cheese at about 6.10 PM. I am thinking again this is the cheese/dairy?
Tomorrow I will have no dairy other than HWC in coffee

Lunch salmon / mashed avocado at 12.15 check BG at 1 PM. 45 minutes is supposed to be maximum blood glucose impact.
Finished my BP coffees around 10.30 11 am I tend to sip on them all morning when home.
note at 1 PM I am not feeling hungry at all. I really did not feel hungry for lunch but wanted to get the protein in.
I am pretty sure I can sense my ketosis and feel another tiny leap. I could definitely tell on Wed that I was going into ketosis (along with more p-ing) I do feel today (now) another level. Possibly 1. 1 or so today. will test before dinner? around 5 pm = 5 hr fast. I did have a couple of frozen raspeberries. around 2 PM also a tsp of L-Glutamine.

Lunch at 2 pm 1 fried egg, shredded cheese < 1 oz 4 bacon
1 slice of tomato and 1 piece boiled carrot around 3.30PM
5 PM 2- 3 hours PP was it the carrot? cheese? This was right after getting home from work. I walked home of course work is busy physically and also stressful.
BG 7.2! 4 minutes later 6.3 ? then 6.6

6PM dinner about 4.5 OZ protein pork chop/CO, HWC coffee/CO
also had some PB and almonds as snack
Note: did not take any gymnema today at all. L-glutamine 2-3 x.
