Prinsipnya yg penting makan sehat dan ada rasanya, walaupun gak tau nama menunya :D berhubung memang tinggal di daerah lumayan plosok, jadi susah mau pergi ke pasar yg gak setiap hari ada.

Berat badan sekarang 62.2, dengan tinggi 165, BMI nya termasuk berlebih, sekitar 23.1. Asupan kalori per hari 1900an tapi menurut saran kalau mau fatloss harus dikurangi sekitar 500, jadinya kubikin 1400 sekarang. Semoga bisa berubah, punya cara hidup yang lebih sehat lagi :')
