laper banget mau wo, tadi baru makan 1x. akhirnya makan mie ala GM gitu.
spt biasa banyakin sayur & pakai ayam kampung biar lbh sweet & ga berlemak.

stock cemilan susu buat 4hari ke depan.
sebenernya lebih gampang beli sih tapi lagi menghindari process food jadi yg bisa bikin sendiri mending bikin sendiri :)
