Yay, 2 more pounds! Well I know I will not keep these 2 off for very long though. This weekend being Memorial Day Weekend I will be going on Vacation with 4 of my best friends who of course are guys! So, I will be eating and drinking with the men all weekend, I know I will be eating SB food for breakfast and lunch because I did all the food shopping already and made sure I had enough eggs, turkey bacon, lettuce and chicken to survive! I just know we will be getting dinner out and the cooler on the beach will be filled with beer. I am going to try my very best to eat and drink right, but this weekend is a once in a lifetime thing and I dont want to hold myself back because of my weight issues, I just know that I should not overdue it! Wish me luck!

well talk about cheating, my dad came over last night to help me repaint the kitchen and to thank him i ordered a pizza, mozz. sticks and pepsi... well i guess i thanked myself too, two pieces of pizza ( i didnt eat the crust tho), two mozz sticks but hey only one glass of soda! and did i do my cardio work out? of course not, that would have been the right thing to do...
trying again today to pick up where i left off... lettuce, tomato, cucumber and low fat feta cheese with garlic vinegar for breakfast, two glasses of water and one cup decaf green tea so far today... i didnt get a chance to pack my lunch and bring it so i have to go out for lunch... i will let you all know how that goes!

okay so i decided to stay in phase one hoping that the weight loss would continue but i am starting to doubt myself, i am still at 140, which i have been at since early last week, im still working out and still eating everything the diet says to for phase one and i seem to be stuck, really stuck, i have the dress fitting next tues and i wanted to be at 135 by then and now im just feeling bummed... i know i have to keep working at this but i just feel like no matter what now im not going to lose any more and i am just destined to be 140 for the rest of my life... ugh, im sorry to sound so depressed about it but it has been a rough couple of days and i just really need to vent, i gave me job two weeks notice on fri last week and just some major aggrivation with my ex and now my roommate, and weight loss has been the positive part of my life and now i just feel like i dont even have that! well time for my healthy afternoon snack of mozz. low fat cheese stick, i sure wish it was a chocolate fudge sundae.... :(

okay so my two week mark is quickly apporaching (friday), ive lost 7 so far and i hope to keep this going (20 pounds to go), ive been doing my best and i am starting to find it a lot easier to plan my meals and even get SB food when i order lunch with the girls in the office, so i wonder how much more could i lose by friday and should i go right to phase 2 or stick with phase 1 for a little while longer, when do you girls think is a good time to move to the next phase? any suggestions, ideas, or anything...

it was a rough weekend but i was able to hold onto the diet, only down fall is that i was eating really late at night, i mean really late, like 11 o clock but i was up till about 2 so i guess it was okay? i dont really know! i was able to resist all alcohol, hamburger rolls and potato chips! i was so proud but then this morning i weigh myself and nothing, i am still the same weight as on friday! i guess i should be happy the number did not go up but still its hard to resist everything i love and then not get the immediate benefit of it! lol i know i should know better but i am sure i am not alone in the fact that if i say no to something yummy and fattening i should automatically lose a pound... wouldnt it be wonderful if our body knew what we were saying NO! to all the time and in return dropped a pound... i know its wishful thinking but it doesnt hurt to wish right?
