Today starts day 1 for me..... Directed by my doctor my cal. intake daily is set at 1,500. He also want me to stay away from sugar's (snacks). My down fall is pop (Mountain Dew for sure); I had about 3 to 4 12oz. cans a day.
I weighed myself this morning after going to the bathroom and with no clothes on. Weight for day 1 is 285.
It's going to be hard the first week but it will get better. I have done this before about 2 years ago. I did it 3 months in a row and lost 30lbs. weighed in at 235. Now I let myself go and put back on the weight I lost and plus more. This is the highest I have ever weighed and it scares me! In August I will be having weight loss surgery as long as I stick to the cal. intake, go do my weigh ins once a month, and weight loss seminars once a month.
Be back at end of day. I can do this!!!
