I'm a bit annoyed that there is not a 4.5 mph choice on the exercise area of fatsecret. I am doing 5 minutes of 3.5, 5 minutes of 4.0, and 50 minutes of 4.5. URGH. Oh, well.
Weekends are my pitfall. I eat more than I mean to, and only end up balancing my weight back out by the end of the week, INSTEAD of losing. That being said, I have discovered some delicious, filling foods. I eat like a pregnant lady, so bear with me.
I love Healthful 10 grain bread with kroger brand crunchy honey peanut butter, and Weight Watchers cream cheese. What a DELICIOUS sandwich!
Also, Healthful 10 grain bread with Carvers Board roast beef, roasted red pepper hummus, and tomato. Nummy!
Raw almonds + 8 ounces of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk = LOVE.
If any of ya'll have not tried Power Crunch bars, you most CERTAINLY should! They taste like a candy bar, have very little sugar, and are chocked FULL of protein! Also, for energy, Orange Crush Zipfizz and Sparkling Orange Celcius are DELICIOUS.
I am VERY much hoping to reach my goal weight by summer. My reward? A new two-piece bathing suit from Victoria's Secret. Let's see what happens, my friends.....
