makan siang hari ini,,, 400++ kalori kaya protein...
pake segala macem bahan yg ada di kulkas,, tumis pake olive oil 1 sdm gak pake nasi karna udh ada jagung di dalemnya cheating pake perkedel jagung bikinan mama 1 pcs aja huhuhu 😯

today dinner sebelum jam 6 sore ,,
300++ kalori,, nasi goreng sehat,, cheating kerupuk udang mini 7 keping hehehe.... lagi pengen bgtttt

menu makan pagi hari ini, btw aku juga IF ,, ini sekitar 500 kalori, tinggi protein bgt karna pake 150 gr dada ayam less karbo karna pake nasi item .. maap harusnya pake makan siang cuma kemarin emang cuma makan 500 kalori doang jadi pagi2 udh laper huhuhu
