Day 1 was successful. Since it’s 🦈 week, I didn’t have much of an appetite but I was able to ignore the cramps long enough to exercise for a little. 20 minutes of cardio is better than nothing.
I had a tiny bit of ice cream but made sure to fill my plate before hand with plenty of steamed carrots.

I made Harley pizza so it took A LOT for me to not go for a slice (Mom tax). I kept reminding self I already know what it tastes like, it’s nothing new. I was hyping myself up for the roasted potatoes and yogurt marinated chicken (which came out fantastic).

I’m ending the evening not feeling guilty or anxious about my choices today. I avoided the beer in the fridge and kept it to just water. I feel really good about myself right now. I’m looking forward to tomorrow. I feel like I have a fresh start since my fridge is pretty bare. Time to trip on some veggies and fruit. I’m ready to have a good day tomorrow.
