I was stiff all weekend from my workout on Friday. Thought I could get away with a few drinks again. I was wrong. Slow progress is still progress right?

I was naughty this weekend. I had take-aways twice and a few glasses of wine. Hopefully I'll find the willpower to plan a healthier weekend at the end of this week. Unless Cyril says we can have alcohol again. Then I'll be screwed!! 😋🍷

week-1 of using Fat Secret and I've learned a lot about my eating habits and how unbalanced my diet has been. Making small steps day by day to create a comfortable lifestyle change that will hopefully help me to reach and maintain my goal weight and rid my body of some crappy side effects like acid reflux and bloating.
