my scale hates me! i kno i shouldnt weigh myself everyday bc our weight fluctuates, weighing in once a week is best for net loss..yada yada yada...but when ur scale is jumping 20 to 50 pounds at a time! i dont kno what is wrong with it. i tried the batteries, then weighed myself again, and showed a 2 # diff from my weigh in....
think i should get a new one....
....later on....
i am right on track. i am pointing and tracking like a crazy person, googly eyes and all...haha! but!!! oh, there always is a BUT!!! we are heading to the nemesis' cousins house tonight....ah! not my kitchen, no salad, not under my control what they make...and! i think it is going to be the almighty pizza!!! aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (running around the house) haha
but i will just use my flexors! points that is, my challenge hasn't started so i am still muscleless! haha
i'll keep y'all posted!

i just don't get why my scale changes numbers as i move it around the room...and i dont have carpet!
i think i need a new scale!

well, today went pretty good. i am just finding it increasingly difficult to eat at the right times with the nemesis working graveyard.
but, if he can do it, so can i!
we had the former fave, pizza, ravioli, breadsticks for dinner yesterday, and i dont feel bad that i didnt get any leftovers for a late night snack, or breakfast. i didnt feel so good after eating it last night, and would have rather had my own chicken marinara sandwich instead of the few slices of weakness that i indulged in...but, it is all about steps, and as long as im making the baby steps in the direction of the mile im walking, i will reach my goal!

okay, so the nemesis had this kooky idea of "no point fridays", meaning that we don't count them. i went along with it for the almighty pizza, ravioli, and breadstick dinner. well, i still ate much less than i kno i normally could, and still ended up way over points.AND spent $45 on it! so, needless to say, those "no point fridays" are no longer open for discussion. i set a goal and reward system of going out to a nice dinner, somewhere we either haven't been and have really been wanting to go, or somewhere we have been and would really love to go again. this is rewarded to us after every twenty pounds we each lose. so far we are about 25% there, and after only one week. i kno u r not supposed to reward yourself with food, but this is different. the reward is not the food, it is the place, the time spent together and an evening out
without
the kids, well most of them...the baby has to go...but i am sticking to my "guns" haha and really committing to
NO EATING OUT
(besides subway). we spend too much for a family of 7 and we just end up feeling crappy...
...so, wish me luck in conquering my nemesis, and i wish u all the ease in making healthier choices everyday!
