Been on fs on and off for 2 or 3 years now and have only ever used it to calorie count but this time I’m serious about this getting fit malarkey 😃 I’ve eaten extremely health for a long time and was fairly active but couldn’t understand why it was so hard to lose my post smoking post menopausal weight gain ... I’ve joined a gym in the last two weeks and I’ve cut right back on the G & T 😩😂.. My aim is to build muscle and get strong while getting rid of those
extra pounds
