我的BMR是1284,屬於久坐文職,TDEE是1798
我之前每天攝取差不多都在1100卡,後來看到某文章說其實應該要吃TDEE-(BMR*0.3),我才發現我應該要攝取到1400卡才對!但也有另一說法是應該要攝取TDEE-300(這說法的計算機算出我TDEE只有1500= =)
想請教各位減脂大神,不管是生酮還是低碳的各位都是攝取多少熱量呢?
