Been sick with bronchitis... I know I have not been as strict about the diet since my vacation and I have a little PMS weight going on, but still. I need to get back to normal. Well, NEW normal. Which worries me... If I have only slacked off a little, then am I stuck permanently in diet mode? I thought I would get to a maintenance point.. I could have pasta once a week or a beer.. but I don't know. It could also be that the exercise has not been consistent recently either. 1 day last week and I don't see it happening this week due to the bronchitis. CONSISTENT must be my new mantra... Yeah... easy for a Libra! LOL

A whirlwind weekend in Las Vegas and I have no voice... I knew it was starting last Friday, but a day at the local renaissance faire with all the heat and dust... I've got nothing. Hopefully it won't turn into bronchitis like usual. On the upside, I at like a pig at a brunch buffet yesterday. OMG.... Plus the PMS weight... I'm thinking of not doing my weigh-in tomorrow! But I am back to it again today.

Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan say I am a size 14. Evan Picone sucks and wants women to look like 14 year old boys. I like Ralph and Donna. Anne Klein isn't too far off either... :)
So odd hormonal stuff going on... TOM 3 weeks apart. I was curious why I had gained a lb at the gym... and now I am seeing the signs... (sorry for the indelicay, but my chest gets huge and sore!!!!!!!!) So I know I am holding a little extra weight. But my waist actually looks pretty good! Ever have one of those epiphany moments when you see your reflection and it doesn't really look like you? Gas station this morning. I'm still a big girl, but I look NORMAL big! Not like a pear with boobs! What a trip.

Rain, rain, rain.... I love the rain, but would much rather be at home to enjoy it. Made myself some really good hot cocoa last night. Unsweetened hersheys baking cocoa powder, soy milk and a packet of splenda. It so hit the spot while on the couch watching tv with a candle on and my slippers!
